Alexei leads StuSync’s corporate finance and investment strategy. He builds and maintains financial models, oversees budgeting and fundraising, and guides pricing and monetization planning. He also supports legal structuring, contract negotiation, and long-term investor value creation. Alexei is responsible for ensuring financial sustainability as the company scales.

Samuel contributes to StuSync’s front-end architecture, building feature modules, supporting integration tasks, and maintaining quality through testing and peer review. As a Computer Science student at Wilfrid Laurier University, he applies his technical skills to deliver responsive interfaces that align with the team’s design standards and roadmap goals.
