This page provides access to StuSync’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Together, these documents outline the standards we uphold, the responsibilities of our users, and the safeguards we have in place to protect your experience and information.
StuSync users may delete their account at any time in-app (Profile → Delete Account) OR by emailing management@soudelka.ca from the registered email

Privacy Policy
Our Terms of Service are designed to make StuSync safe, fair, and reliable for every student. They define clear expectations, so you always know your rights and responsibilities when using the app. By setting transparent rules, we help ensure that interactions across housing, events, social connections, and marketplace features remain respectful and trustworthy. The Terms also make it clear how we handle accounts, services, and moderation, giving you confidence that StuSync operates with integrity and accountability.
StuSync’s Privacy Policy reflects our commitment to protecting your personal information. We only collect what is necessary for core features, secure all data through industry-standard encryption, and never sell your personal information. By being transparent about our practices, we give you control over your data and confidence in how it is used. Our priority is to create a trusted environment where your privacy is respected, and where you can feel safe sharing and connecting within the student community.
Child Safety Standards
StuSync is committed to maintaining a safe platform for students. Our app is strictly for users aged 17 and older. Individuals under 17 are prohibited from registering, and no personal data is collected or retained for underage users.We strictly prohibit any content that exploits or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any related activity. Reports of such content are immediately escalated to our moderation team and, where required, to appropriate authorities.Our platform includes in-app reporting tools so users can flag inappropriate or harmful material. Reported content is reviewed by trained moderators, and accounts violating these standards are subject to permanent deletion without appeal.StuSync complies with all applicable Canadian laws and international best practices for child safety online.
